Opticks version 4.3.1rc2 has been released on August 19th, 2009.

- This release is the second release candidate for 4.3.1. This release is marked as "not for production". The current plan is to allow two days for the community to validate this release. If you find any major issues please report them to our bug and issue tracker: https://opticks.ballforge.net/other/reporting-bugs.html. If no major issues have been identified by August 21st, then creation of 4.3.1 will proceed. Currently, 4.3.1 is scheduled to be available on August 25th and it will be a production release and can be used to create production products. Please download and validate this release to help ensure 4.3.1 is a great release!

BUG FIXES
- In 4.3.1rc1, a bug was introduced that would crash the application when opening a previously saved session file. This has been fixed. (OPTICKS-691)
- The "Set Threshold Options" wizard item now works properly with region units other than raw value. (OPTICKS-616)
