New Features
  • Implemented Subspace option for the RX Detector. (EXTRAS-160)
  • Plugin input/output arguments are fully documented with descriptions in the Wizard Builder. (EXTRAS-161)
  • The Spectral Library Match plug-in can now be run from OpticksBatch. The spectral library to be searched can now be loaded in batch mode from a file or from an already loaded signature set or signature library. The match results can now be written to a file by passing the filename into the new batch input argument. (EXTRAS-147)
Bug Fixes
  • The SpectralLibraryMatchResults::locateSignaturesInScene method now works with derived datasets that are only resident in memory and haven't been saved to file. (EXTRAS-146)
  • NDVI now properly identifies partial band wavelength matches, and will prompt the user to manually define desired wavelengths to use in the algorithm if they are not found automatically. (EXTRAS-155)
  • Fixed an issue where the Spectral Library Match tool would crash or hang after session restore if its saved library was not empty. (EXTRAS-159)
  • SpectralLibraryManager warning message no longer displays when Opticks is closed. (EXTRAS-173)
Supported Opticks Versions
  • This extension is supported in any version of Opticks 4.7.X that is Opticks 4.7.0rc1 or later.
