You are downloading Opticks 4.2.X, you might want to check out Opticks 4.3.X which now replaces 4.2.X. You can read the release notes for 4.3.0 to see what you are missing. Keep in mind that extensions built for 4.2.X will only work with 4.2.X and extensions built for 4.3.X will only work with 4.3.X. You cannot inter-change extensions between these two sets of versions.
