Summary
Everyone was reminded that soft-lockdown for 4.3.2 is October 9th, 2009 and the hard-lockdown is October 16th. It was also pointed out that anyone can follow the roadmap for releases at http://opticks.org/confluence/x/FwAY. Todd Johnson expressed interest in the status of OPTICKS-749, OPTICKS-677 and OPTICKS-735 and the status of those issues was discussed.
Michael Considine announced future work on 3-dimensional Geocentric Views that might result in a LIDAR data importer and support for draping multiple views together.

2009-10-05T11:14:16 <kstreith> i'll keep open questions open for another 2 minutes
2009-10-05T11:14:36 <mconsidi> We hope that the LIDAR data importer and 3-dimentional geocentric views will be in open source.
2009-10-05T11:14:52 <tjohnson> There are still a good number of issues in eval or implementing.
2009-10-05T11:14:58 <mconsidi> This will allow mulitple OSGEO datasets to be draped on a map view.
2009-10-05T11:16:31 <kstreith> mconsidi: let us know when you are done, so we can address tjohnson's question
2009-10-05T11:16:33 <mconsidi> Done
2009-10-05T11:16:41 <kstreith> tjohnson: any interest in a particular issue or set of issues?
2009-10-05T11:19:03 <kstreith> ok, two more minutes till meeting closure if nothing else is said/brought up
2009-10-05T11:19:19 <tjohnson> 749, 677, 735
2009-10-05T11:20:39 <kstreith> 749 - Application Crash When Import Batchwiz File When Batchwiz File Causes All SpatialDataWindows And DataElements To Be Deleted.
2009-10-05T11:20:45 <kstreith> 677 - Upgrade Arcproxy to connect and support ArcGis 9.3

2009-10-05T11:20:55 <dsulgrov> 749 is waiting for the integration of OPTICKS-599 before it is implemented
2009-10-05T11:21:07 <dsulgrov> I already have a patch made, but there will be some conflicts after 599 is merged
2009-10-05T11:21:08 <mconsidi> Opticks-677 has been tested. Opticks works with ArcGIS 9.3. There are some windows permission issues from some machines.
2009-10-05T11:21:10 <dsulgrov> 733 is fixed by 749
2009-10-05T11:22:45 <kstreith> mconsidi: Does Opticks need to be built against ArcGIS 9.3 for 677 to be considered complete
2009-10-05T11:22:46 *** dadkins has quit IRC
2009-10-05T11:22:53 *** dadkins has joined #opticks

2009-10-05T11:23:04 <kstreith> tclarke is not here today, but I have heard him working on 735, but he hasn't yet created a branch in Subversion
2009-10-05T11:23:16 <mconsidi> There is a windows permissions issue that has been around for a while, but it is not specific to 9.3.
2009-10-05T11:25:19 <kstreith> a reminder for anyone, you can create an account for JIRA (http://issues.ballforge.net), browse to an issue, https://issues.ballforge.net/jira/browse/OPTICKS-735 and then click the "Watch this Issue" link on the left hand side to be e-mailed whenever anything in the issue changes
2009-10-05T11:25:35 <kstreith> it appears discussion is winding down, so 2 more minutes without discussion will close the meeting
